Peller Estates (Niagara, Canada) bring the perfect combination of sparkle with just a hint of sweet Ice Wine.
Their sparkling white (£26.75) is filled with apricot and ripe apple with hints of yeast and honey. Very fine bubbles spiral upwards through this brilliant yellow straw coloured wine.
Their sparkling rose (£28.25) is a medium-bodied, refreshing sparkler that is slightly off-dry, yet finishes dry as a result of the delicate tannins from the Cabernet Franc. Full of strawberry, peach juice, watermelon & red berries with an added note of sweet grapefruit & spice on the finish.
