Kuki Marlborough Riesling

This Riesling produced by Kuki Wines is a blend of several vineyard sites, spread across Marlborough, Waipara and Awatere valley. Once harvested, the grapes are transported to the winery, gently pressed, and the juice settled in steel tank. Following the ferment the wine is left to mature on full lees for up to three months to enhance structure and mouth feel. After blending, the wine is fined using natural methods and prepared for bottling.

On the nose find aromas of lemon sherbet, fresh cut apple, melon, lime & spring flowers. This leads into a bright fruit filled palate of citrus, tangerine, grapefruit and a dash of honey with a crisp lingering finish. Try with barbecued pork, prosciutto, salad or tempura prawns.
